- Increased neck size ( > 17 inches in a male; > 16 inches in a female)
- Falling asleep driving or at red lights
- Unrefreshing sleep, morning headaches
- Irritability, memory loss, personality change
- Nocturia, decreased libido
- Automobile or work relate accidents
- Systemic hypertension
